In a panic a person doesn't think when they should. When people choke they think when they shouldn't, overriding innate abilities and training. President Trump and team appear to be in a panic.
People suspect that he's not only failing to think but that he's incapable. He seems to be unable. And unstable. Some of those most alarmed are insiders and witnessing it in-person and up-close.
It's very worrying. We're one terror attack or natural disaster away from a highly dangerous situation. It's not the "terrorists" we need to worry about. It's our boy Donald and his surly underlings.
