Trump didn't become president in spite of being a raging piece of shit but because of it. Congressional Republicans choose to support him. Every day they do nothing to stop him.
If they don't see the damage it's damning. If they do it's damning. Desperate to avoid accountability, they will cheat to stay in office, which is a crime. A crime on top of all the others.
