What have we left? Not much. Cheap seats at the “end of days.” That will be an extension of Sarah Sanders and her press briefings, where the truth is what some slut makes up to protect the rights of some people to fight dogs or whatever, because nothing in the Constitution says you can’t fight dogs. Therefore, all of that was left to the States and they have interesting hobbies in Arkansas.
Now, us, in the land of forlorn hope and foregone conclusions. Behold the brain power behind the imperative to cut taxes. You always cut taxes, whatever the circumstances. It’s a fixed idea. But, guess what. It got tried. See “Kansas, meltdown.” But it still flies among Republicans. It still flies in the “think tanks” where their donors pay their shills to line their pockets even more.
This is a sickass society. I want out.
