My father was a chemical engineer and then an industrial engineer. He taught management from the engineering end. He talked about businesses building a capability. What do we call it when the capability is destruction? The Nazis figured it out experimentally. Then they built camps. They built ovens.
Still a capability. Republicans are building a capability. They've skipped some steps. Consolidated it. Intent is critical. And the willingness to use violence. Those are in place. The rest is evolutionary. Shit happening, like ICE murders and incarcerations, are a prelude to doing whatever the fuck they want.
