Trump's fragility plays out as panic. He's in a chronic panic. Choking is when someone starts thinking when they shouldn't, interfering with a practiced pattern that has become automatic and second nature.
Panic is not thinking when you should. Trump has lived his whole life in a panic, fearful of discovery. Discovery of what? That he's weak, pathetic, incompetent, vindictive, dependent and morally worthless.
