As we all know the issue in America is money. Great healthcare, if you can afford it. Excellent everything, for the rich. Fuck everyone else.
But for children?
The same, sadly. Because the rich must always have more. I'm proposing an Affordable Adult Program, modeled on England's Appropriate Adult.
Which is a legal thing. A kind of guardianship. Apparently America can't afford to take care of its kids. This will be intended to fill the gap.
