Democrats say Republicans are racist because they are, to the degree they are an identity movement and it's not about behaviors. So Republicans want to destroy or eliminate you when you fault them. It's a huge deal. They go annihilationist.
They want to you gone. Democrats want you to behave. When we call Republicans Nazis, fascists and totalitarians, which they are, they can stop that and we'll welcome them among those who believe in rational, representative governance.
Which is our legitimate tradition. They call themselves patriots when they're traitors. Christians when they're heretics. Decent human beings who uphold standards, values and traditions. They are none of those. It's a scam and a power grab.
This seems correct to me a fundamental difference in values that can't be bridged from my perspective. It's good versus evil, the force versus the dark side, and love versus hate. The battle will go on and on and on and on and on, each of us hoping for victory, But knowing in our hearts it's an impossibility.
